I make engineering teams faster. Lately that means making AI coding assistants a dependable part of how a team ships, rather than a personal trick.
OpenCastle
I created OpenCastle, an open-source CLI. A team writes its AI assistant config once (instructions, agents, skills, commands and MCP servers) and OpenCastle compiles it for Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, OpenCode, Codex and Antigravity. It treats that config as part of the engineering standard: shared baselines published as npm packages, a policy that can only tighten, a lock file, and a CI check that fails the pull request when generated config drifts from its source.
SessionM
At SessionM I lead the UI team and am responsible for UI/UX across the loyalty and engagement platform, which serves millions of consumers globally. In parallel I work on developer experience and GitLab CI/CD pipeline architecture, and I led the AI onboarding initiative that helped colleagues across the organisation adopt AI-assisted development.
Experience
Over 25+ years I have built accessible, high-performance web applications for enterprise clients including Mastercard, British Telecom, Tesco, M&S, Sony, Unilever, Barclays and Monster, in Prague and London.
Community
I co-organize PragueJS, Prague's JavaScript meetup, and write about agentic development on HackerNoon.
